½ Pound of Extra Jumbo Shrimp
½ Pound Mussels
3 Tablespoons of Garlic
3 Tablespoons of Jazzy Jerk Spice Blend
3 Tablespoons of Garlic Butter for cooking
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
4 Lemon Slices for Garnish
Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
Season shrimp and mussels with garlic, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of jazzy jerk spice blend in a bowl.
After seasoning take a large skillet and pre-heat to medium heat. Take your garlic butter and add to the skillet. Once butter is melted add the seafood and cover skillet with a lid for 6-8 min.
Next, add remaining jazzy jerk spice blend and stir.
Lastly, plate, garnish with lemon slices and cilantro to serve your guest and enjoy!!!
