Ingredients

  • ½ Pound of Extra Jumbo Shrimp

  • ½ Pound Mussels

  • 3 Tablespoons of Garlic

  • 3 Tablespoons of Jazzy Jerk Spice Blend

  • 3 Tablespoons of Garlic Butter for cooking

  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

  • 4 Lemon Slices for Garnish

  • Cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season shrimp and mussels with garlic, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of jazzy jerk spice blend in a bowl.

  2. After seasoning take a large skillet and pre-heat to medium heat. Take your garlic butter and add to the skillet. Once butter is melted add the seafood and cover skillet with a lid for 6-8 min.

  3. Next, add remaining jazzy jerk spice blend and stir.

  4. Lastly, plate, garnish with lemon slices and cilantro to serve your guest and enjoy!!!
